This ADHD guide is an educational resource. Your privacy matters here — especially because health is a sensitive topic. This page explains, in plain language, what is and isn't collected.
The short version
You can read the entire guide without an account and without giving any information.
Anything you fill in (self-check, medication tracker, notes) is saved on your own device unless you choose to create an account.
We don't sell or share your data, run ads, or track you across the web.
Information collected
Without an account: nothing is sent to us. Your self-check answers, medication log, notes, and display preferences are stored only in your browser (via local storage) on the device you use. Clearing your browser data removes them.
With an optional account: if you choose to sign in to sync across devices, we store:
your email address (to sign you in), and
the progress data you choose to save (self-check, tracker, notes).
Accounts and sign-in are handled by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. Your password is hashed by Supabase — this site never sees or stores your raw password.
How it's used
Solely to provide the service you asked for: to sign you in and sync your saved progress between your own devices. That's it. No advertising, no profiling, no selling, no sharing with third parties beyond the hosting/auth provider needed to run the site.
Storage & security
Account data is stored with Supabase and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Access rules ensure each account can only ever read or change its own data.
No system is perfectly secure, so we keep what we collect to the minimum — an email and your own saved progress.
Cookies & local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your preferences and (if you don't sign in) your saved progress. If you sign in, a secure session token is also stored so you stay logged in.
Advertising
This site may show ads to stay free. If ads are enabled, they are provided by Google AdSense, and:
No ad and no advertising cookie loads until you make a choice on the consent banner.
Choosing "Non-personalised" shows ads without personalisation cookies.
Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can review and control this at Google Ad Center and Google's ads policy.
We block sensitive ad categories where possible and keep ads out of the personal, faith, and crisis sections.
Your choices & rights
Use it anonymously — never create an account.
Delete everything, anytime — open the sign-in panel and choose "Delete my account & data." This permanently removes your account and all synced data. To clear device-only data, clear your browser storage.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, portability, erasure, objection). We honour these.
Data retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Device-only data lives on your device until you clear it.
Children
This guide is intended for a general adult and teenage audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
