A free, independent ADHD resource · English & العربية
Not Broken ADHD is a free, plain-language guide to living with ADHD — the science, the signs, a self-check, coping strategies, a full medication guide, a faith & reassurance section, and practical help for talking to a doctor.
This site was built by someone who lived it. A late ADHD diagnosis — and medications that failed one after another — cost them their place in medical school. Out of that pain came a simple goal: to make the guide they wish they'd had, so the next person feels less alone and less lost.
We keep it anonymous on purpose. This isn't about one person — it's about the message: you're not broken, you're not alone, and it gets better.
This site is educational and is not medical advice. It cannot diagnose or treat anyone. Always speak to a qualified professional about your health.
